The guide covers the CRM vendor landscape across a multitude of individual disciplines. Co-Browsing finds specific mention in the area of Customer Engagement Suites, where the ability “to see what the customer is seeing” and the ability “to solve the customers´ problem from a remote location” are highlighted as key capabilities in customer engagement solutions.
