Unblu invests in the German market: a strategic office opening in Frankfurt
“As a German-speaking company based in Basel, we’ve been very active in Germany since our inception. Our new office in Frankfurt will allow us to open new doors in Europe's largest economy. But more importantly, we can build even closer relationships with our longstanding existing customers in Germany".

In a strategic move to expand its global presence, the software company Unblu is opening a new office in Frankfurt am Main. The German office will be the fourth Unblu location, following the recent office openings in the UK (2018), the US and Bulgaria (Q1 2019). These strategic locations continue to strengthen the company’s presence outside its home base in Switzerland.
“As a German-speaking company based in Basel, we’ve been very active in Germany since our inception. Our new office in Frankfurt will allow us to open new doors in Europe's largest economy. But more importantly, we can build even closer relationships with our longstanding existing customers in Germany, ” says Unblu CEO Luc Haldimann.
At Unblu, we believe the best customer experience begins with a conversation space that nurtures authentic and personal relationships. While the product was originally designed for the financial service sector, Unblu has evolved, and is now available for more banks, as well as insurance companies. The Unblu platform offers seamless conversation capabilities using secure messaging, video and voice chats, co-browsing and screen sharing. As digitalization pushes forward, Unblu enables its clients to keep pace with a competitive advantage.
